Why is the female body overwhelmingly stripped down to nakedness, while the male body isn't that often? For ex: why does soft core porn shown a woman fully neud, while the man's penis is covered up or hidden and only revealed in hard core porn? Another ex: Why do women wear tight or revealing clothes to show off her body, while men wear loose fitting clothes to hide their (lower) body?
Answers from men and women would be much appreciated!
P.S. I asked this question a couple of days ago, but I would like to generate some more opinions. So please answer, if you haven't already!

Well first of all in my opinion the male body shouldn't be as secretive as the women's. A woman's body should be more private than it is because a woman is pure and beautiful and their are too many perverts wanting to look at them. Alot of sick-o's start stalking women because of seeing so many naked body's and having no self control. Hope this helped.

Tight clothing on a mans lower body is uncomfortable. Though some do it anyways. Look back at the disco era and Robert Plants (singer from Led Zeppelin) pants. Dont know how they wore those damn things.
But anyways, I have no idea. Just thought Id answer one of the examples.

That is an easy one to answer....
Most politicians and those in charge of censorship/production are men... and most of them have little willy's so they cannot stand the thought of their wives/girlfriends seeing a bigger one!
And I am not joking, I work with a guy who used to be on the censorship panel for TV

I've wondered this myself. I really don't know...maybe because the MPAA is made up of mostly men? At the same time, why are men allowed to walk around outside shirtless, while women aren't? They're breasts...we were given them to feed our children. Men have areolas and nipples too...it's just that they don't have as much fat under them.

I agree women's bodies are more desirable to see---But since I am 68 I do recall in magazines like Life in the 50's early 60's showing naked guys like soldiers in training or swim teams they showed naked male butts I guess in that era a guy's bare butt was not really considered a private part
