I had my very first job interview on Monday.. and it went really well..

What are your best qualities: Im responsible and I do things with quality...

Why Coffee People: They arent as "commericalized" as others...

What would you do if there was a problem: I would say that I was sorry, that it would be a one time thing, and that I hope they come back again...

Etc. etc.

So then at the very end, she said, "We'll call you on Thursday."

I asked around and heard that they normally call people to offer them a job.. and if they arent, they'll send you a card..

What do you think?

All the questions are not in full.. I obviously did NOT just say that to them.. the answers were longer..

And I have no more time to send them a thank you letter.. It wouldnt get there in time..

Honestly sweetie.. you sounded like you done good. BUT just remember ... you are going to be let down. Just because you get interviews doesn't mean you will get the job. Most of the time .. you probably will. Just because they say they will call .. they don't always. Usually I suggest, if you haven't heard from them by Friday .. why don't you call them. That shows your REALLY interested!!!

I guess you will have to wait and see, I am also looking for a job and had several interviews, sometimes when a company is interested in you they will have you do a second interview, and you are right usually if a company rejects you they will write you a letter or ignore you completely. But What you can do is write then a thank you note for the interview this will keep your name in front of them.

Always send a thank you card after the interview that brings up your high points and anything that you forgot to mention.

Your interview went poorly.
"They aren't as commercialized as others". What kind of an answer was that?
You may still be selected on Thursday if they are really desperate for help. But I doubt it.
Good luck to you.
