I cannot help you with the first ones but of the second ones, A Streetcar Named Desire. I have not read The Color Purple but have seen the movie. I have heard that Alice Walker did not like the movie so I assume it is very different from the book.

I have read a "Street Car Named Desire" "The Color Purple" If you choose the color purple you will be picking a very good book to do your report on. Have you ever seen the movie of then color purple. If you have then you will remember that Oprah Winfrey was in it and if i remember right so was Whoopie Goldberg.

Sorry, I don't know the first two but of the second I vote...read the "streetcar" because it's wonderful and you'll love it, and rent the movie to "the color" because it follows pretty closely and there is only one version (versus two hundred of streetcar)

Not being sure how old you are, but assuming High School, I would recommend either A Streetcar Named Desire, if you want a short one , Assassination Vacation is a lighter, fun read.

ive only read the color purple it was an amazing classic novel if you read it you should get the movie too its a little different than the book so dont get them confused....i really think you should read this book

Enemy women's ending was a bit unsatisfactory, but i liked the whole novel, dunno about the other one. but of the second group in which i've read both, i'd definately say Streetcar Named Desire, I love that play.

Dunno the first two, but I'd totally choose the Tennessee Williams from the second two. It's way better, and the movie had Marlon Brando- MEOW!!
