my mate has been told by docs she cant have a baby.
an theres nothing more in life she wants....it so sad to see her luk st my child, coz i can see the long in her eyes. she asked me once....but i laught it off, now i thinking about doing it.
no money involed...just to show her how much i care.
she is a top girl.

Ask yourself if you could carry a baby, give birth and then just hand it over.
If she wants one that much there is always egg donors, IVF etc it would be far better if the real birth mother did not see the child. What if you didn't like the parenting decisions she made, you would want to interfere and that would be wrong.
What if the baby was born with a disability or handicap or your friend decided she didn't want it.
If she is that serious then help her find an egg clinic where she can use an anonymous donors eggs which would help stop any arguments in the future between the two of you.
I know you feel for her but I think friends doing this can only lead to heartbreak but this is only my opinion

could you carry a child for 9 months, give it to your friend and watch it grow up but not really be involved so much? if the answer is not sure or no, then you would break your friends heart even more. i think it is a lovely thing you are thinking of possibly doing, but such a major thing too, would she not be prepared to adopt, or seek out someone who has already been a surrogate and is experienced with the situation? there are many things that you must look into and consider it, you can't do this just for your friend, as cruel as that sounds, you need to think about how it would affect you too. wow, if you go through with it, i think you are a very special person. good luck to both you and your friend. x

could u really go all through pregnancy and child birth and just give the baby up just like that? this is a complicated issue. wot if u have a baby for her and u dont like the way she treats it some of the time, there are bound to be times when u think, i wouldnt have done that, id have done it this way when the child is being raised.
your mate could always adopt if she wants a child that much.
and wot if u ever did fall out? u cant be cetain u will remain life long friends.
i really dont think u should do it. i know the idea sounds nice but i dont think the reality would be.

I think u should sit down with her and go through everything,,, who is going to father the baby,, how long have they been together,,, would she get jealous about u carrying his child,, could you give the child away when you have had it.....could u live with it if they decided to move away from you, could you handle it if she discipline the child in a way you didn't agree, i think a women giving another women a child is the greatest gift some one can give, but for all your sakes and the child's, make sure you are all aware of what is involved.,,, I would do it,, good luck

depense really because yeah it a nice thing to do and she will really love you for it but when the time come will you be able to give it up because alot of people say they will but when the babys born they love it so much and they dont.

It's tym u stopped thinking about ur friend and started thinking about urself.
Think about all the advantages and the disadvantages b4 doing it.

be sure that this really something that you want to do. There is a lot more involved that you think. It is extremely emotional,stressful, and permanent!!!!
