If the guy gave u his address in person, then he has already seen you and could as well have the picture.
But I would not advice it if u just met him on the internet.

Why not? If you are single and have nothing to hide or worry about, then go for it!
You never know where things will lead!
If you're attached to someone, then make sure you're honest with them and assure your partner that it's only a pen-pal.

It's risky, too. What if he's a predator?
I wouldn't give out my own personal information.
I would give a fake/unreal picture.
But if you've got nothing to hide from, then go ahead!
