You need to become famous. Not real real famous, but famous enough so you get to go to awards shows and what not, so you can talk to them as a peer and not as a fan. That's the most important thing: approach them NOT as a fan, but as another person. Then, it's up to your charm to hook up.
Without being marginally famous yourself, your chances are pretty much 0.
