I want to do face paintings at my cousins party. Do you just buy waterproof paint or do party stores sell a special kind of paint just for this purpose.

Yeah...you need special FACEPAINT. It's sold at craft stores. My sister uses regular paint sometimes as well as the good stuff and its fine, but it cracks off in the sunshine. Kinda irritates the skin, too. She's a pro.

Michaels(the craft store) sells paint made especially for face painting.

Tempra paint works well.
It isn't waterproof, however it won't cause an allergic reaction with most people and will come off much more easily than other types of paint.
