Wow! That's the ultimate sacrifice! Giving your life for another person...I'd definelty do it for my children, my husband, my mother, and my father. I'm a teacher, and at school, if in a position to protect my students I definetly would...tney have their entire lives to live still and I at least already let mine. If the other person was a child I wouldn't have a problem giving my life for them. If the other person was a stranger...I honestly don't know if I'd have the strength that it takes to knowingly give my life for a total stranger.

As I posted in another question, I was an EMT and Firefighter for a few years, and these guys go rushing into situations where they know they might not come back to get people they don't even know.
Your answer is yhes, however that means nothing. We should give the awards and applause to those that do it for a living and never think of doing anything else.

If I was put in a situation where I would save another's life, and lose my own, I would. Goddess put me there for that reason, and I would have to say yes, I would do that.

for about 20 people, and I know who they are, yes
there are 5 people I would die for in a second, everyone else would take some condsidering
otherwise probably no
I would also care for those folks for many years if they were sick, maybe a larger sacrifice sometimes
