Are you thinking,,,or obsessing with thoughts? Sometimes when I'm obsessing with a thought I write. I keep a diary / log of the thoughts and try to come to a conclusion on paper. If your just thinking I have found to work a hobby or gardening settles my mind down.

My considered opinion, is that perhaps you should... but, having thought about it, I'm thinking maybe, that I got that wrong.
Whilst musing on the possibilities, in a thoughtful way of course... perhaps you'd better not.
Although... mmmmm, wondering, musing, thinking, considering... nah, you carry on, cos brains can't take a break, they go right on collating, gathering and assimilating, even when we sleep...
Well, that's what I thinked... and thunked... and thought, if it's any help:-)

I think you should consider cutting down on your thinking. Try musing, contemplating and reflecting instead. If you think about it, the options are considerable. It's not just a question of thinking or considering, it's what you think is right for you.

The pursuit of knowledge doesn't really lead anywhere does it? I think I would benefit from stepping away from the keyboard and engaging in some calm contemplation of the world around me.

too much thinking is not good, why not put your thoughts into practice , so maybe your thoughts become better and relaxed , ( as long it isnt murder or any bad thoughts of course ) talking to someone about your thoughts can also make you think clearer about what u want and how you are going to achieve stuff . hope this helps

best thing that i find when i am in that dilemma is have a break from thinking and then reflex on whether or not what you are thnking of is really worth the time you have spent on the same subject. then give it a couple of days and try resolving it.
