tell her shes got 2 weeks to find somebody else, that your giveing her notice, you have to get on with better things, and better pay, and respect, shes handicaped, thats no reason to be ignorent or rude, she wants your services yet trys to slide one by you by not paying you properly, thats not right at all, shes useing her handicapness to make people to feel sorry for her, dont fall for it.

Oh, man. This is a tough one. But, are you referring to volunteering help to her or actually getting paid to work. If it's volunteering and she needs it, I would do it until you can find a replacement or talk to her and let her know she needs to start looking for a replacement. If you're getting paid, let her know that she must find someone soon, because you can't do it anymore(kind of like a 2 week notice).

Why are you leaving her??
Remember, you are doing a HUGE service to her Creator (GOD)
But if you really want to, then I would suggest that you find her an excellent replacement before you quit. You owe atleast that much to her.

And if she is begging you to come back, then there is something that you are doing right and God will bless you for that.
