whoever gets it right first gets best answer.ok there is a man and his real son riding in a car.the car crashes.the father dies.the son lives,but needs surgery to live.so at the hospital the surgeon walks in and says i cant perform the surgery.they say well why not what is the problem.the surgeon says i cant operate on my own son?

everyone has a nice easy answer. heres mine...the surgon is the grandfather and he needs to take an organ from his dead sons body (hence the surgury on his son) and give it to his grandson so he can live

The man was his step father. "ok there is a man and his real son". "Real son" does not mean biological, just implies exsisting. So the surgen was his biological father, and the man in the car was his step-father.
