The TV show was much better than the movie. It is hard to replace the original cast members. The show took a huge dive when they got rid of Bo and Luke and replaced them with Coy and Vance. The shows with Coy and Vance where still better than the movie. The movie seemed more interested in showing Jessica S. My favorite character from the original (besides Daisy of course) was Rosco P Coltrane. I love the episode where Boss Hog took away Rosco's police car and replaced it the a horse with a siren on its head.

I LOVED the show. And while I really like the actors that were in the movie, I thought it lacked the true spirit of the television series. Daisy in the television show was sometimes the only one with a brain. The movie Daisy never was allowed to be fully developed, mentally, that is.

My child watches the shows on CMT and when the movie came out guess what I did???
Took him to see it. Yep I felt dumb!
Trash talking and nudity...... That's not even what the Dukes Of Hazzards was like. The movie was trash!

I love the tv show....I wouldn't ever go see the movie.....because first of all the tv dukes are better then the movie dukes!!!! and catherine bach is a way better daisy duke then jessica simpson!!!!

I loved the TV show with the original cast - didn't watch it after Bo & Luke left and 2 other guys were brought in as different characters - the movie was an abomination.

I liked the original Dukes with the original cast...I never saw the remake with Jessica Simpson...I think they made too much about that movie...

I liked the show but the movie was to inmoral and that is not what the Dukes were about. It just seemed to out of whak for me.

I didn't care for the TV show, but the movie was horrible. One of the few I've turned off mid-way.
