I dont think you need plastic surgury. But I do suggest brain surgury. There obviously is something wrong with your train of though If you think some stranger can judge if you need plastic surgury by your avator. I mean come on... Whats up with that " i just licked my dogs butt " question you posted. Are you serious?

Drink 4 shots of 80 proof Vodka, look in a mirror, and then ask yourself that question....
Plastic surgery is a waste of money unless you have some physical deformity or abnormality....

Really depends on what for, if it is something strictly cosmetic, lose the insecurity and save money.
