Feeling great, because when you do you have the desire to get up and make yourself look great.

Looking great because if you feel great someone can tell you that your ugly and you wont feel great anymore but if you look great your able to come to realize that

B) Feeling great.
I will never, ever look great.....and i have spent much of my recent life being seriously unwell. I'm pretty much healthy, again.....but i can't say i have felt great for quite some time. And i'd really, really like to feel that way again.

One goes with the other. I don't feel great if I'm not looking great... if I'm having a fat day or wearing an ugly outfit or haven't had time to shave my legs or something, I am not going to be feeling good.
I guess that's shallow. :-/
