I'm not sure if you are collecting them for yourself or a group in need such as low income or transitional housing. I would contact local civic organizations, schools and community ed. Groups like Girl Scouts are usually looking for people in need. Otherwise, if for yourself, if you are near a city you can maybe do a market research. It's a lot of work but the diapers are free.

there is a lot of programs that will help you all you have to do is call a salvation army and ask them if they don't have it they will give you the number to where to call. what state do you live in i know some companys that donate things
