What is it? and why are you still there?

I wouldn't say my job itself is crappy, but the pay and some of people make it crappy. It took me three long years of working for temp services and collecting unemployment to get this job. I took it so I wouldn't look "unmarketable". Otherwise, I probably would have left before they offered me a job.
