Boingo - they had the dude from the Vandals joining Danny Elfman and Steve Bartek.
Eagles -
Iron Maiden - since they came back together, I guess they didn't want to fire anyone.
The Rolling Stones - Mick Jagger also plays on some song.
Good Charlotte and UFO - both have 2 guitarists and the keyboard player also doubles on guitar.

Iron Maiden guitarists Jannick Gers , Dave Murray , and Adrian Smith , though Gers wasn't always with them untill a few years ago.
