The only good day of a war is the day the war is over. At the same time, here is why we are at war:

1) Afghanistan: The Talaban actually established Al-Quada as a part of their government structure. They sheltered them after 9/11. Afghanastan attacked us through Al-Quada's actions. We attacked back.

2) Iraq attacked Kuwait. Kuwait asked an ally for help. That was the U.S.A. We stepped in and defended them. Iraq attacked us. We fought them off, attacking when they attacked. We fought them to Baghdad. They signed a cease-fire in exchange for full access to inspectors from the U.N. Saddam hid things from the inspectors, told his own allies he had WMDs and how he was fooling the inspectors, and the U.N. made threats with no action for a decade. Saddam took shots at our planes on and off for a decade, despite the cease fire. In other words, he broke the cease fire constantly through out the decade. He even tried to assassinate one of our Presidents. We got tired of it. We fought back and took out Saddam. Had nothing to do with 9/11. Never did. We had plenty of cause to take down Iraq. They attacked us.

N. Korea and Iran are the ones some of the seditious socialists in our country keep saying, "Why aren't we attacking them?"

They haven't attacked us. Period. Oh, we'll take other actions, but until they attack us or our allies, they are safe.

Surely you don't think we should allow other countries to attack us, do you?

I hope you're not an adult and still spell the way you do.
No, war is never "good" but sometimes necessary.....
particulary if you want to continue to enjoy the freedoms
we do here in America, unlike some dictatorship countries.
We all wish and pray it wouldn't be necessary but there are
tons of bad and evil people all over the world.

Sometimes there is a peace that can only be found on the other side of war.

9/11 showed Americans that you can't just sit back and let others "fight it out", because eventually it ends up on your doorstep.

Of course war is bad, but regrettably necessary at times.

it's a good way to thin out the population. It's a good way to knock down cities and roads to supply jobs to the survivors in reconstruction.

It's a good way for the hatemongers to get their jollies.
