There is no easy answer to your question. You appear to know you both made a mistake. Or did you? How do you feel about the woman involved? You leave a lot of unknows in your simple call for help. A lot depends on what kind of person your brother is. If he is a violent\agressive person your probably better off not bringing out into the open. If hes not then you have to make the judgement call on what is best for you and the faimlies involved. Its obvious you feel you make a mistake. Good Luck.

A colleague of mine experienced the same thing. His wife slept with his brother. I've never seen anyone break into as many pieces as he did when he found out how she cheated. Betrayal hurts deep. He didn't coped with it at all. He ended up in jail when he put his brother and wife in hospital, and things are so messed up the kids are in care. It's shocking to think anyone can be so soulless.
You have truely hit rock bottom. For your brother's sake, don't tell him to relieve your guilt. Live with it and let it eat away at you instead.

For a few moments of passion and bad judgement you jeopordize your relationship with your brother and their marriage. Guilt is gonna kill you if he doesn't. It's like getting on a rollercoaster ride, can't get off now. Just don't do it again and good luck when he finds out. For this there is no help.

well aren't you good for nothing. How could you do this to your brother,you must have a low opinion of him,as for help,if I was you I would tell him straight away so that the truth comes out.

You need to do one of the following:
VOW TO NEVER EVER EVER DO THIS AGAIN AND NEVER EVER EVER TELL A SOUL ABOUT THIS FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIVES AND AVOID EACHOTHER UNTIL IT'S NOT WEIRD ANYMORE
OR
Confess to your brother and let him make the decision of what to do. Hopefully your brotherly bond will prevail, but it is not fair to not let him have the information so that he can see his wife for who she is. Too bad you have to make your self look bad in the process, but this is about marriage and not guys being guys...

OMG, well u cant keep it a secret from him for that long tell him about it he will be mad and never want to talk to u again but at least u got it out, u both should tell him.
