i never had real problems with acne until i hit my 20s. i alwasy get ONE pimple on my face right before my period (along with breast tenderness) and these mofo pimples get BIG and last forever and scar. does anyone have any suggestions? i am thinking of going on birth control pills...do they really help that much with acne? any personal experiences?

Birth control pills are a gift from God! They helped me with my acne before my periods. I no longer get acne before my periods, my mood is better, and my breasts aren't as tender.

If you don't want to use BC pills, try rubbing Neosporin at night on your face.

don't pop 'em and you won't get scars...BCP's make you fat and they're unnatural..
