In the end, you have something that more people should have nowadays: The sense to accept people for what they are.
There will always be people who hate us (GLBorT people), but they will do more harm than good. Some people cannot accept change or anything that opposes something they believe is right. Even the churches know everyone sins, so why do they like people at all? (rheutorical)
In the end, some people are stubborn and were raised and allowed to be. Being gay is not a choice, why would we choose to not be accepted by society. My parents raised me the same way they did with my brother, and he's straight.
There are people who will read my above comments and refuse to accept them for being true. This is life. I wish people would just accept me and move on. I am who I am, is that such a crime?
Russ out.

Hey, I support Gay Rights and I am Christian and Strait.
Remember, Jesus never turned his back on ANYONE; read about Sodom and Gommorah, this is how the word "Sodomy" came from.
People don't become Gay, they are born that way. It is always been that way, People used to conceled it, hid it and never talked about it.
It is fun to hang out with gay people, its a different world and fun, and I like to HAVE FUN! Being a flight attendant, I am around them and we have a ball!!! No different than having a super friend.
A well known ladies man in the earlier days, namely Rock Hudson.
Most people are ok with gay people and have excepted it. I saw a graph of Gay's. The findings were:
More than 86 percent, they accepted Gays. It will just take time because after all, this is our Generation when the coming out Ceremony began.
Hang in there dude!

I know it's not a choice and i'm not gay either, but i trust in the people i love and half of them are that they would never chose to live a life of hardship and ridicule....listen i live in NYC so it's probably a lot different, more acceptable here, but let me tell u we got the worst kind, the hidden hate. I learned after being so angry over it, that you can talk till u r blue in the face and if someone wants to see with blinders, u can't make them change, if that's the generation they were brought up in, ie: older people, its harder for them to understand something they never spoke of and was taught to be blasphemy...bla bla bla, Baby, F EM ALL! You know where your head is at, you got good friends & they got you...live and let live, u won't change the world, so just change yours...but you seem to b doing pretty good and i don't know how old u are but it is a good example to set for your peers, BUT remember love, u can't win em all, so just love them. Be proud to be accepting, and caring and don't let anyone make u doubt it!

You are right! Jesus hates no one! But, he doesn't like the sin, and that's what homosexuality is. Its derived by the devil as an instrument to play with your mind, to make people think it is OK, but it is in fact, wrong in Gods eyes, as well as the majority of the human population, who know that a man should be with a woman.

Jesus doesn't hate people, God hates sin. Homosexuallity is a sin according to the bible. And, according to some people; trying to get everyone to accept a sin such as homosexuallity as perfectly normal is like trying to get people to accept that murder, theft, and child rape are perfectly normal.
I prefer the don't ask/don't tell situation my self. I mean, I don't think people want to know that I like women, I don't really care if you like men or women.

It's a matter of beliefs, I am a catholic and as one I believe homosexuality is wrong so because of this I can't accept them, I'm not saying we should hate them because that is wrong any way you look at it as you said God does not hate so people who say that are wrong.

doesnt make ne sense to me either. i believe in God, but dont hate lesbian, gays,.... ect. God's golden rule was to love one another as yourself. so ppl who believe in God can still be friends and hang out with lesbians, gays..... ect., just not support what they r doing.

why can't they just accept them....I dunno.....why are they so interested in everyone else's sex life...I dunno...maybe not enough going on in their lives.....lots of young gay people end up committing suicide...these same righteous people can thank themselves for that...but then again, it probably only makes them think('them think'--is that an oxymoron?) that they are correct in eliminating us.

Lots of people need to find someone they can feel superior to, because they don't like themselves much.
