It's perfectly safe. I find that exercising, particularly types of exercise that work abdominal muscles, actually relieve my menstrual cramps, so get out there are be active! Have fun!

yes yes! it's perfectly safe. it relieves cramps, as disgusting as it may seem to actually MOVE during that terrible part of the month :) it shortens your period time naturally too.

Well, it depends. It is okay ,but not to tierding and harsh for your body. Exercise you can do are:
-walk laps
-ride a bike
-hop scotch
those are some tips I can give you.
