well usually you want one thas like 600 MB and above and thats being has more than 2 soureces and is being downpaded froma dsl or t1 or cable connection. and mpeg and imguessing avi are good choices

Just use Blockbuster Online for free. Much more legal (even though it's a promo code for free membership)

you shouldnt as this is illegal. sorry.. but i think you can do it from a legal place, such as iTunes, Napster, etc.
