Lying is never a good idea.
ESPECIALLY to your significant other. You should try to keep as pure of a relationship as possible with unbroken trust and enough love to survive difficult scenerios you -could- more easily lie your way through.. but after you lie you'll inevitably keep lying a little more and more to patch up the falsehoods you've created until you've accumulated a mountain of bullshit that'll be very hard to overcome if it all ever came to light, and you know after a little of it is revealed the rest will become unraveled also..
The same is true for friends, but it's an --essential-- with your mate.

Hell no! Its not the same thing at all! With ur spouse all u have 2 do is stretch the truth a lil bit. And why lie 2 ur friends, ur supposed 2 b able 2 tell then anything.

I don't think it is right to lie to either but I think it is worse to lie to your spouse. This is the person you agreed to share the rest of your life with why would you want to lie to them especially if it is something big.

I don't think it is ok to lie in any situation unless it is a white lie. Why would you want people to not trust you? That is what is going to happen if you keep telling lies.

should not lie anyone. a spouse is worse than a friend, at least to me.
a spouse is someone that you are to trust and respect.
a friend should trust too, and not lie to.

It is not right to lie to your spouse. My husband lies to me and it hurts me a lot.

Honesty is always the best policy! Everyone tell little white lies but always try to be honest when you can otherwise it just puts stress on the relationship!

I dont think it's ok to llie to you're spouse. And no you're spouse and you're friend are definattly NOT the same.

commen sense tells you that they are 2 different things and NO ITS NEVER ok to lie to ur husband/wife/lover
