No unfortunatley its not I have suffered from anxiety and depression for four years and because of my medication it has moved into the manic stages of depression which iam coping with now. The thing is everytime you have an anxiety attack it simulates a heart attack it is the same symptoms therefore putting major stress on your whole body and your heart itself. It can cause long term problems if it is not dealt with. my guess is right now your either hopping back and forth on drug cocktails recommended by your doctors or trying to deal with it yourself, experienced advice, go to the doctors. They will work with you and as much as I hate meds it helps find out which ones work for you and then start from there, you have a long road ahead of you.
