Check your program files. Some foreign names to look for are Cowabanga OIN and Internet Optimizer. Have you been getting a pop up called Yougee?

Sounds like you have a virus or spyware. Run a free online scan from an antivirus website such as http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/

or

If you think its a virus, I suggest anti-virus. You can also get a pop up stopper from download.com. There should be some free ones. If that doesn't work, restore your computer to an earlier date. If that doesn't work, reformat your hard drive.

you need to run anti-"everyhting" software to eliminate the adware or spyware or virus first - it could also be in your registry, which is a whole different story...first see if you can get rid of it...does it happen when you boot-up/log in or just when you try to access IE?

Next time use the Firefox browser, you won't get these problems.

I'd recommend downloading Windows Defender from Microsoft, it will solve most problems.

If that doesn't work, try Spybot or AdAware Personal to try and fix it.
