Two possibilities that I can think of: 1) your son has a urinary tract infection and the pink color is actually diluted blood or 2) if your son has not getting enough fluids recently and is dehydrated, very concentrated urine mixes with the absorbency compound in disposable diapers and can leave a pinkish tint. This happened to my son when he was ill. The pediatrician told me about the urine mixing with diaper compound turning diapers pink.

It could be what you feed him or dehydration or blood. It would be wise to see your pediatrician about this as soon as possible. If the baby is running a fever take him to the nearest ER

I would go to the doctor right now. If it's closed, go to the Emergency room.

maybe you bought a pullup on accident. i think they have a new thing where when the child goes to the bathroom, it turns a color (pink or blue)

otherwise, i have no idea.

Blood from a urinary tract/kidney infection or trauma since at four months you shouldn't be feeding him red dye. Please take him to see a doctor now.
