Washington DC, no doubt. I've lived in DC for almost two years and no matter what part of the city you go to there's a mix of restaraunts, be it fancy or cheap, asian or african. There is an entire part of the city with Ethiopian restaraunts. Take Cleveleand Park (a neighborhood), I can think of Vietnamese, Thai, French, a deli, Italian, Chinese, Sushi, a Burrito place and bakeries. And that's just one small fraction of the city!
