If u are going out with friends to just hang out like at the movies just ur fave jeans and a fave top. If to scout out guys with friends something that showes of ur body but is not too tight or showy. If to go out with ur bf then where something ur comfortable in like a nice top that has some sparkle or one that looks good on you and he likes it. pair that with a skirt or some jeans. You could wear a dress if it is fancy but that could be a bad choice if you do something after or you want to move around like dance because the dress could limit you.

dress flashy when you go out you want to be noticed wear like a sequined top and a flowy skirt dont have too many sequins because thats really not cute wear comfortable heels if youre dancing you want comfortable feet and wear pretty colors that doesnt mean limit yourself to pink try blues and yellow,purples and whites dont wear all black its never cute

well it would help if i knew what was in your closet!
i go out dancing every wednesday at cowboy's dance hall here in san antonio, tx and tonight im going to wear a jean skirt, a lacy, sequened top, hair down, dangling earrings, and since im going dancing im wearing my sequened flats...anywhere else, flip flops or heels.
