should all girls pluck their eyebrows when they get into High school? i do, but i don't want to mess the shape up...
also, should i wear makeup? if i should, what kind of makeup? and where's the best place and brand to get it?

When I first went into high school I began plucking my eyebrows and that experiance was not a good one. I had no prevoius experiance on how to properly pluck them so the end result was I barely had any brows. I would recommend that you go to a professional for a eyebrow shaping (which can be done with wax or plucking). They are trained to find the proper shape for the shape of your face. If you attempt to shape them yourself without the proper guide you may end up over plucking as I did the first time I attemped to do them. Once you have gotten the shaped you like you can clean up the stray hairs as they come in yourself with tweezers.
Now on to the most fun part. MAKEUP!!!!
You can wear makeup if you feel comfortable wearing it. I personally wore makeup all throughout high school. But I have friends who have never worn any makeup because they feel uncomfortable.
So if you feel that you will be comfortable wearing make up
lets discuss the price range that you can afford to spend. There are a few brands that are inexpensive that you can try that can be brought at a pharmacy. Then there are brands that cost a bit more but are worth thier weight in gold. Once you figure out your price range send me an email and I will send you a list of companies and their best products.
Do you want to wear foundation?
Most people wear foundation because of an uneven complexion and/or blemishes. Do you have an uneven skin tone?
If you just want to try eyeshadows and eyeliners you can try any colors.

for ur eyebrows i dont think u should pluck them unless they r really thick and hairy and if they r u should visit a salon! for professional help!
i think u should experiment with ur makeup until u find the perfect look for u but if u have a nice skin tone i would try to stay natural and try not to go to all out! the best places to get makeup is your local walgreens or target! i personally like covergirl!
for a light brown skin tone a nice summer color for your is if ur more of a bronze skin then orange would be a good color but if ur more of a deep skin then scarlet red would be the best!

I pluck my eyebrows, and I'm a 7th grader... Go get them waxed if you don't want to ruin the shape... Or have your Mom or Grandma do it or something! I think you should wear make-up, but not too much... I like the MAC make up... or the kind from Target is fine! I have light brown skin too... I use pinkies..... or dark browns..... well i dont think you would want your eyebrows plucked..thats irritating? lol dont you think. you could get them arched with a razor, make sure someone professionaly does it though. You can find pros at beauty salons. Makeup...lets see.
Do not overdo the makeup and wear foundation,powder,blush,eyeshadow, you know that stuff. You could just wear the powder and look fine. It keeps your face dry to, wearing foundation during the summertime isnt really fun.
I wear this powder bronzer by clinique. Its called sunswept.

GO TO BELKS AND THEY WILL HELP YOU DECIDE WHICH COLORS AND WHICH MAKEUP SUITS YOUR SKIN TONE. ALSO TRY TO GET YOUR EYEBROWS WAXED THEY KNOW WHAT LOOKS GOOD ON YOU. AND THE HAIR WILL NOT GROW BACK AS FAST.

light brown mediam brown and dark brown any brows and never put to much on its not good looking
