Do you mean perhaps a mole or a wart? Birthmarks are pigmentation stains on your skin. If you run your fingers accross it and you can't feel it, than it's a birthmark. If it's a more or a wart then you'll feel a little bump on your skin (depending on the size). If it's a small wart or mole you can buy one of those "freeze-off" kits and remove it at home. If it's anything bigger than say, the eraser on the back of a pencil, I'd recommend you go to a doctor to have it removed. If you really want to erase a birthmark, there are laser treatments available that can reduce their size, but there is not much you can do at home besides perhaps using some Retin-A (prescription cream) to help fade it a bit.

I actually have heard of it, but it was a reference made in explanation of a medical procedure. I would NOT recommend you try to DIY this. You have a good chance of giving yourself much bigger problem than a small birthmark - and this time, far more serious than just a "mark."

See a doctor - dermatologist.

No -- See a dermatologist. You could damage your skin with dry ice. If you are under 18, talk to your parents.

I seriously doubt it. Anyway, I really don't think you should try it. It can give you really bad frostbite.
Go to your doctor, and he can point you to a professional who can take off birth marks.
If it's some sort of bump--a wart or something, the doctor can freeze it off, but not you! (unless you're a doctor, of course.)
