Is "blacklisting" another dance preformer for switching groups illegal in the state of Georgia?

a few people will be leaving one dance group and starting a new one and are being threatened that they will be "blackballed" or "blacklisted"

the group is being told they will not be able to preform anywhere.

and they've already done it to another group.

It depends on what you mean by "blacklisted". Under some circumstances it is indeed legal.
