doesn't smudge during the day, but isn't too heavy?
I'm talking about mascara, lipgloss, eyeliner, etc.--not what kind of foundation.

For mascara, I like Almay's. Great for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers.
Not really an eyeliner person, so I can't help you there.
For lipstick, here's a great technique for keeping it on all night without reapplying while you're out: Apply fully, then blot fully. Do this three times total. Yeah, you're still using as much lipstick as if you reapplied later, but you don't have to THINK about it later. For me, this has stayed on through drinks and appetizers without losing any color. (I do need to reapply if I'm having a full meal with multiple courses.)

For mascara I suggest Maybelline Unstoppable.. in my experience that stuff will last through almost anything.. and it washes off easily with soap and water!
Lipgloss.. thats a tough one.. a lot of people like Revlon Super Lustrous glosses for staying power.. or try one of those that are meant to last a long time.. i think Covergirl, Maybelline, and Max Factor all have them.
Eyeliner.. either Revlon Colorstay liners or (once again) Maybelline Unstoppable liners.. they both stay put very well.

Doesnt really matter what kind you use. You need to know how to apply it. I hate lipstick and NEVER wear it. I've tried so many different kinds but it always comes off, no matter what. I use Maybelline Mascara, I dont use eyeliner (because of contact lenses), and the best eyeshadow would be the liquid kind, because when it dries, it doesnt come off till you wash it off. As for blush, put it on after your foundation and UNDER the powder. It will stay on better that way.

Merle Norman has fabulous eyeliners in little glass pots. You use a brush to apply it and it stays on forever. The color Aubergine is really pretty. Cover Girl professional mascara (Waterproof) really stays on too.

lil Kohl and some lip gloss tht smells nice and a rose water spray with u in ur purse so tht u can feel freash anny moment by spraying it on ur face..... and then .... mmm .. nothing else...no maskara.. tht will over do ur look....Best of Luck
