Both of my future brother-n-laws are capable of working, yet one doesn't at all and the other spends all his money on going out. Well the one with the job just recenlty (Monday) moved out of our home, and I feel he owes us for being there (about a month) but my fiance won't ask him for the money, because he claims "he's broke". Should I insist on getting the money or just let it go? I'm not asking for his whole check, ya know, but at least help replenish groceries and other household/personal hygiene items you've used!!

I would be glad to be rid of him! Let the money go at this point.

However you do need to make the point that you don't want him living with you again. Try to emphasize the positive (We are a couple its our place!") rather than rag on the brother in law to be ("I don't want that the deadbeat, lazy so and so..."

Let it go because this problem could turn into world war 3 4 and 5. Just put your foot down so that he never comes back again bumming.

Let it go - but make it known that in the future, they will NOT be allowed to live in your home.

Just let it go- you don't want to cause problems in the family (especially now that you're getting married).
