Strictly speaking, the current is electromagnetic, but more specifically, it's alternating current. In Europe (and a few other countries) they use DC current, which is far less effective at delivering power over long distances.

it relies upon , once you've analog cable then it will be in alternating modern-day if u have digital cable then it will be operating on direct modern-day, on the different hand if ur purely conversing about the television itelf then my maximum acceptable wager should be direct, in the different case the electron guns wouldnt artwork, plus to my know-how, the capacitors are np or pn which shows then direct modern-day.
