You should go to the book store and buy the book "It's Called a Break Up, Because It Is Broken" by Greg Behrendt and Amiira Ruotola-Behrendt. I purchased it for my sister-n-law. Seemed to really help. Sorry for your loss..................

Of course you still love him...feelings don't just change after almost a 2 year relationship. For one, stop counting the months anniversary that it is. You are just reminding yourself of what you lost. The only thing you can do at this point is keep yourself busy....take up a sport, join a club, learn something new...keep your mind occupied so that you aren't think ing about him. Work on ways of bettering yourself instead of dwelling on what could have been. Hang in there...it is hard at first, but each day will get a little easier.

You probably broke up for a good reason. If so, the best thing you can do is give yourself time to heal. Spend time with friends and time just for you. Move on. It hurts, but time heals.

By the sounds of your mental state, it sounds like HE broke up with you. I would too if my fiancee measured our relationship in "month-a-versaries". And honey, it's not worth your life. You sound like you're WAY young... Get over it.
