DragonCon, which is held Labor Day weekend at the Marriott. You'll see more than you could possibly imagine. Also, there are several upscale shops on International Blvd that many celebs frequent such as Brooks Brothers, Macy's, and several of the restaurants there.

If u ain't old enough to go to clubs then u prolly ain't gon see none. Atlanta kinda borin if u ain't 18 or older or u kinow somebody there.
