First of all, waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much friggin information. You are 14 and a minor and "PREY" so what if you are soon to be 15. You are including so much personal information that if someone with the wrong intentions were to see it, they would know where to find you, where. Granted they do not know what you look like, but i'm guessing the "contact me at....." will provide a phone number or some some of medium that someone can use to contact you.
My advise is this... keep to the facts only, at your age, I would limit the people who have access to your flyer, and personal information.
Cut out the personal info and put this down...
Trustworthy, honest, reliable, loyal, responsible, great babysitter available.
Skills: Trained in Infant and Child 1st Aid and CPR.
Availability: Call for availability
Pay: Negotiable
My promise to you: I will give my full attention to your child(ren). I will also bring activities for the children to do (coloring, games, etc.). In addition to babysitting services, I can also perform small household chores.
References available upon request.
Your promise to me: I will be in no way harmed while performing my duties.

As a Mom, this is way too long. Keep the flyer short, with some key points like CPR, reliability and flexibility, and experience. Then put the "call for details" part. Most Moms don't have time to stand there & read the whole thing, but will call when they have time to ask questions. Good luck.

My suggestion would be not to make it so "narrative." It puts in too many "I" statements. Try a simple introduction and list your special skills and education with bullet points. It saves people from reading a whole paragraph or two to find out the vital information.

Very good. But, please don't put this up in public. Too much personal information that may attract someone who will call with other thoughts.
Make a simple flyer "Baby sitting service. Call ###-####" After they call mail them the flyer above. Keep a log of who you sent flyers to with their address and phone number. After a few days call them back and see if they received your flyer, and if they need your service.
Make sure your parents know where your log is.
