It doesn't work that well at all. The one "ingredient" needed to trim weight loss is illegal and isn't allowed in products anymore... so all of them are a waste of money.

My sister and her daughter swear by it! She loves it! She has lost 30 pounds and looks great!
It is a meal replacement plan, something like slim-fast. But with vitamins and other supplements!

I have taken this and it does not work. All i got from it was not being able to eat right and my body changed to much and i gained back more weight when i went off it.

they just get perky persistant sales people to shove it down our throats.
