Miroslav Klose, top-scorer of the World Cup, has been playing for his local club in the German Bezirksliga (7th division) till the age of 20. So don't give up.
Most profs have been playing in the youth teams of big clubs at this age, but there are many exceptions. Another one is Christoph Metzelder, German central back. At this age he was sorted out by the youth team of Schalke 04 because he was not good enough.
In soccer you can achieve very much with hard work. There are many famous players who will tell that they have not been the biggest talents in their youth. But of course they have never become players like Ronaldinho or Zidane.

well... i guess it depends on where you live. For example, if you lived in Europe or South America I suppose you should be at the level Behrami, Messi, Podolski, most young players where when they started, which was about that age - in series B of where they where raised - But if you live in the US, which I am guessing you do : / then I would say good or mediocre..
Haha.. I actually saw a game between a NY team, and a Texas (I think) team, and they where HORRIBLE! they couldn't even complete a pass! and this guys are supposed to be the best in the country..
