I think somebody is playing a joke on you. The first two letters are both consonants which, in the order given, don't form a blend or a dipthong. Unless one of them is silent, they are unpronouncable. I don't recognise any of the 9 potential pairs of initial 2 letters.

Get a subscription to the online unabridged Merriam websters unabridged dictionary here: http://unabridged.merriamwebster.com. It might not work, but it will help with all your other questions. In my opinion, I don't think so, unless of course, it is an abbreviation.

just looking at the first two sections, I canT think of any word that starts with LR, LS, LT, MR, MS, MT, NR, NS, NT
