Straight-leg jeans can make your legs look longer and leaner. By straight-leg I mean jeans that fit on the widest part of your leg and continue the same width all the way down. Don't confuse this with tapered leg! Here is an example of straight-leg jeans:

Tapered jeans will make your upper legs/hips look wide while making your ankles look skinny. This is not a great look and is not flattering on anyone!

Remember: longer jeans equal longer looking legs.
A good fit should sit right at your hips, and will just graze the floor.

Boot cut will make a bigger sized bun and thighs look smaller. Also darker washes a good for making u look smaller. If you want to look bigger go for designs-like faded stretches on the thighs, also the closer the pockets in the back the smaller the buns look.

i think the really skinny jeans that skaters wear make u appear taller but if u wear a pair of jeans to loose it doesnt give ur legs shape and makes them look a little chubby but a nice tight up by the thighs but loose by the legs pairs of jeans gives ur body more of a shape and makes ur butt look better! but if ur short i recomend a denim mini it makes ur legs look taller to!

It's not the jeans it's your body. If you're fat you look ugly no matter what you wear, nothing looks flattering. If your too thin you look like a hanger for your clothes, if you're just right you can make anything look good.

pinstripes going up and down make you look taller and thinner, if u wear the same color shirt and pants, skirt and leggings, things next to each other, you will also look taller and thinner.
