Which was the best Liverpool team ever? Personally I can't make my mind up betwee the '77 European cup winners and the '83 team. And how about best ever player. I know there are many but my vote would go to King Kenny.

The 1983 with Ian Rush, Kenny Daglish, they were a great side.Dominated in England and Europe for a long time, Go Liverpool.

I would have to agree with you. The 'class of 83' included Ian Rush.......The Welsh scoring machine.....& highest ever scorer for Liverpool.......SIMPLY THE BEST!!!!1977 boys were fantastic, but my vote goes to 1983!

any team from the all-conquering 80's - likes of rush,beardsley,barnes,dalglish,hansen,johnston,whelan(beauty of a goal against united in the milk cup a vicious curler even becks couldn't top). i would have been a red fan if i hadn't chosen the spurs first
