No. Don't tell her mom, but tell your friend that if she is going to be fooling around SHE needs to talk to her mom about birth control, because oral sex can lead to sex and STD's and pregnancy.

wait a few days and see if your friend is feeling better if not tell her mom.tell your friend that she can catch a disease in her mouth as well as between her leggs .and if she catches something she needs to let the Dr know she has oral sex.
