my best friend died after a year long battle with cancer -- ive lived with her son for 12 years she also has a daughter-- she called me from the hospital and i left home and went to her and never returned home until after she passed. Her children (yes the son also) accused me of forgery and alot of other things after her death -- after hiring a handwritting expert it was proven 99.993 % that in no way did i forgery anything and the courts agreed and dismissed all charges ( they were very upset that she had left me money-- not all of her money just some) in the will i helped her write we put that both her children would split everything 50/50 without me knowing she left me ownership of a few annity her inverstor would come to the house and she did this without my knowledge(and no i didnt get more than her 2 children who by the way or in their 60's) my accts which have my own moneys in them two are still frozen even after being found innocent in jan/2006 because of a state bond on the

You need to talk to a lawyer, I am not one but I can recommend a service that I use and have loved it for over 2 years. It is inexpensive and no long term contract. You can get advice and have a letter written if it will help and a bunch of other stuff. I highly recommend this

consult a tax attorney specializing in reversing audit decisions, they should be able to find you a way out of that.
