Zoology is the subfield of biology that studies animals (just as botany is the study of plants). In other words, if you're studying zoology, you are also studying biology.

If you're asking about working in zoos, that's a different question. There are many different kinds of jobs in zoos working with animals (veterinarians, veterinary technicians, zoo keepers) and they all have different educational requirements (but studying biology and zoology are part of all of them):

No, you just learn to study Zoos. Best way to learn to be something is to ask someone that is doing that job. If you can't find someone in that job, it means there aren't many jobs and therefore you'll be unemployed as a zoologist.

Talk to your guidance counselor. They can help you set up your school schedule to get a lot of the background that you need. Also, google universities with zoology degree.
