umm... i would go with no. that's a little too dangerous for a spring break. and, personally, i would want my spring break to be on a beach somewhere...not in the desert.

Sweetheart NO. I lived in Afghanistan for 1 1/2 years and it is still a war torn country not to mention a place that is not really good to travel for women anyway. I never went anywhere with out a military escort. If you want to go some where around there go to Dubai, its safe. One day I hope you can go there because it is very beautiful but there are many landmines still so wait 10 years.

People should try to just answer the question.
Yes security is an issue but it would be an an opportunity of a life time to experience a wonderful culture and enjoy the countries beautiful landscape -- give it a try

go there some other time like in the summer for a week or so
For Spring Break you should go to a Cabo, or Hawai or Florida, or Cancun somewhere like that.

if ur on drugs go ahead be free and go enjoy... but if your not on there carry a few weapons.... knifes, grenedes, sniper rifle, and a machine gun just in case of heavy combat situation.... since u cant carry that on the airplane just go to the Al-queda for some weapons and join em... or u can ask the americans or the other soldiers heheh... good luck in killing (if thats what your going to do)
