well i am in seventh grade and i really like this girl but when she says she likes me back it doesn't feel right. also she is willing to go out with another guy thats one grade older than her but she won't go out with me even though she says i am the better pick. she also said she wouldn't go out with me because she didn't want to mess things up between us so i can't tell if she likes me or not. DOES SHE?

This might not make you happy, but try just being friends with her for a while.

She likes you. Give it a while and then ask her out. Don't try to do stuff for her to like you or you will look like a jerk. Eventually ask her out but wait until your cool enough with her.

ask her out, worst thing she could say is no, or just become really good friends
