I used a mop with Mr. Clean and it left it really streaky.

Forget all products, unless there is some spillage.Very hot water will do the job, with no sticky mess.If you insist on using a cleaner, use any floor cleaner (Mr.Clean is great)but dilute it alot.1/4 cup to a gallon of water.Be sure you use a clean mop head. The reason your floor is sticky,is probably because you used a mop with another product still on it.Or do what I do...do it by hand, and dry with a soft cloth.Pergo is nothing more than plastic, and needs no soapy cleaners.

I have taken to using Murphy's Oil soap on mine. I use the formula on back that calls for no rinsing. I prefer it because it smells great and for some reason the floor doesn't seem to pick up footprints etc. as much and isn't quite as slippery. I know it must leave some residue since you don't rinse but I've been washing mine this way for six years and it looks beautiful, not streaky or anything.

I use: Hot water-Laundry soap and fabric softener. Sounds strange but I use it on my wood floors and they come nice and shiny clean.
