If they're young, their bodies haven't regulated their time of the month. More and more girls are having sex at a young age, so everytime they're late, they freak out and think they're pregnant. That's the only reason why they're panicing. Just ignore them. It's their own fault for being so paranoid. they want to play the game, but they don't want to follow the rules. They'll learn their lesson. just ignore them.

Because not having one is a sign that something might be wrong.I've never missed one unless I was pregnant.There are so many things a missing period can signify.It's something that needs to be tracked and noted.

it can leak trhu ur pants, u get cramps and bloating and sometimes its on a special occasion. do u have ur period?
